Hello Summerhill Community!
I am beyond excited to be teaching the little ones at The Summerhill Club!
A little bit about my training and experience:
I grew up singing classically, learning through the RCM curriculum and competing in competitions, performing in plays and musicals and singing in choirs. By the age of seventeen, I was giving private in home lessons to kids of all ages on a regular basis. I then worked for a company and taught musical theatre voice lessons to a large classroom made up of ages 4 years to adult. I have been a voice teacher and director for summer camps and co-directed many musicals for children and as well as cognitively impaired youth.
I experience so much joy watching my students grow and learn to express themselves artistically. It's amazing how much it can affect a child's confidence and creativity and how much that can bleed into other areas of their life.
I have studied acting, singing and dancing with the best in the biz. My last role was in The Comedy of Errors (directed by Broadway and Stratford veteran Bruce Dow).
Whether it's musical theatre, classical voice or learning the basics of, I am willing and open to working with children of all different needs and levels.
Looking forward to meeting your little stars!
Natalie
